Hollywood Star Anthony Anderson Applauds Ndivhuwo Nedoboni’s Impact on Africa’s Youth

Global TV and movie icon Anthony Anderson has publicly congratulated Ndivhuwo Nedoboni for his incredible work in training and uplifting hundreds of unemployed and disadvantaged youth in South Africa and across the continent. Anderson, best known for his roles in Black-ish and Law & Order, praised Ndivhuwo’s commitment to creating real opportunities for young people, describing him as a rising star in Africa who is making an undeniable impact.

“When I see young leaders like Ndivhuwo, who are not only building businesses but also transforming lives, it gives me hope for the future of Africa. What he is doing for unemployed and disadvantaged youth is exactly the kind of leadership the world needs to see,” Anderson shared.

At just 32 years old, Ndivhuwo Nedoboni has dedicated his career to uplifting young people through business, education, and skill development. As the co-founder and CEO of Value-Able Consulting and Marshall Barber, and a director at Delight Training Academy, his mission goes beyond personal success—he is actively shaping the future of South Africa’s workforce.

Through Delight Training Academy, Ndivhuwo is currently training 450 unemployed youth in partnership with the University of Venda. His programs focus

on entrepreneurship, vocational skills, and workforce readiness, ensuring that young people not only gain skills but also secure sustainable careers.

The academy has already enrolled:

250 young individuals in the New Venture Creation program, equipping them with business and entrepreneurial skills.

200 trainees in commercial floor cleaning and hairdressing, providing them with hands- on skills for immediate employment.

Ndivhuwo’s success story is built on perseverance. In 2018, he and his business partner, Mulondi Nthulana, co-founded Value-Able Consulting with almost no resources. Starting out from a small apartment in Johannesburg, they relied on taxis to travel between clients, often facing financial struggles and delayed payments from clients. Their first laptop was even purchased from a repair technician at the MTN taxi rank—a stark contrast to the thriving company they now run, serving over 1,566 clients.

These struggles didn’t deter him. Instead, they strengthened his belief that African entrepreneurs need to empower themselves and others to drive real change.

“We don’t just teach skills; we teach self-reliance. If young people learn to create opportunities for themselves, they can change their communities and, eventually, their country,” says Ndivhuwo.

Ndivhuwo’s educational background has been a key driver of his success. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting

Practice, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, he combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of workforce development.

As a professional accredited by the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and the Southern African Institute for Business Accountants (SAIBA), Ndivhuwo has worked extensively with Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs). His 10+ years of experience in financial management have helped small businesses improve profitability, cash flow, and long-term sustainability.

Beyond business, Ndivhuwo is deeply connected to his community. He actively engages in:

Career guidance programs to mentor young people.

Motivational talks to inspire the next generation of African entrepreneurs. Charitable initiatives, including food parcel distributions for those in need.

Drawing inspiration from Matthew 5:14-15, which speaks about being a light to the world, Ndivhuwo sees his purpose as empowering others:

“I believe that I am empowered to empower others. My mission is to leave a lasting impact by giving young people the tools they need to succeed.”

Ndivhuwo is not stopping here. His short-term goal is to merge Value-Able Consulting with other small accounting firms, creating a powerhouse in accounting, tax, and audit services.

For Delight Training Academy, his next major target is to train 10,000 unemployed youth within the next year, with the ultimate goal of becoming a leading institution for higher learning in South Africa.
